Maxxia had strong performance with its core business of novated leasing, but low awareness of its other financial services. these additional offerings were inherently difficult for employees to understand, so a left-field communication solution was required.
As art director at JWT Melbourne, i co-created a campaign that positioned these complex services simply as 'More'. by framing the concept with focussed illustration, we helped boil down the message to 'more savings in your pocket, more often'.
Targeting Maxxia’s existing customers through eDM, DM, digital and print, the campaign drove a 40% increase in sales enquiries for the quarter.
We emailed More savings to existing salary packaging customers.
We offered More savings to our novated leasing customers via direct mail.
We created More intrigue with posters in workplace common areas.
We followed up with More messaging on our customers' private website.
And we directed traffic to a microsite that made it easy to hear More from our customer service team.
