Chemmart Rewards had a great offer underpinning its loyalty program, but it was getting lost behind dated branding and impersonal member support.  
as art director at JWT melbourne, I led a project to completely rebrand the program. We created the focussed positioning "Shop. Collect. Enjoy", and brought this to life via a visual conversation around transparency. 
The new positioning was launched with a targeted communications strategy, engaging Chemmart's customers with relevant messaging at every touchpoint.
We rebranded with a new look and feel, embodied by the new card in the foreground.
